Installation

Installation is really easy. Just open up the Unity Package Manager and choose My Assets from upper left corner. Then choose Unistorm plugin from the list and hit install button and import the plugin in your project.

There was no errors after installation on Unity 2020.3.21f1 so plugin is usable with out extra tweakings and hacks.

Plugin content includes documentation, prefabs, sample scenes and sounds which you can use as starting point.

There are multiple sample scenes where you can see how plugin behaves on mobile and VR. One of the sample scenes is playable demo where you can walk around on terrain and adjust plugin settings easily via UI.

Unistorm is a flexible weather system which helps you add high quality volumetric clouds in your game. Is supports mobile and VR so different kinds of gadgets are supported. According to developer URP is supported now from Unity 2019.4.9 and higher, but some of the Unity developers have confronted some bugs while trying to implement this plugin on URP projects. If you need weather system on URP project, then you might need to check current status of URP support from developers website or Unity forum. Plugin is maintained by the devs so this issue should be solved basically any moment from now. Also the HDRP support is coming in the future.
